AVID MEDICAL entered the Custom Procedure Tray (CPT) marketplace in response to a growing trend. Over the years, healthcare providers and end users had become frustrated with numerous corporate consolidations resulting in reduced competition and even lower industry standards. Drawing on more than 100 years of combined management experience in custom medical packaging, AVID recognized a need to re-introduce quality back into the custom tray industry. AVID developed a unique delivery platform, formed strategic manufacturing partnerships and raised the bar against which others would be measured. AVID is the only brand-neutral company in the Custom Procedure Tray Industry. AVID does not manufacture the components we offer to our customers. In addition, we are not affiliated with any component manufacturers. This autonomy guarantees our end users receive only the tray components that have been previously approved, without substitutions.
