Women's Superior contains 57 nutrients including ergogenic factors such as Octacosanol for endurance and stamina. It also contains brain fueling nutrients such as, Choline, L-Glutamine, Aspartic Acid, and Lecithin. Four tablet formula.
As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets with breakfast and 2 tablets with lunch.
