The proper elimination of toxins is essential to good health. Naturally Klean Deep Cleansing Herbal Capsules by Wellements act as an initial and potent deep cleansing formula effective after only one hour & up to two hours thereafter.
Naturally Klean serves as an excellent first step in your complete cleansing program.
After this initial deep cleanse, Wellements recommends maintaining low toxin levels with our well known Daily Detox Teas and Capsules.
Avoid unwanted toxins (alcohol, coffee, vinegar, cranberry juice, prescription
medications, goldenseal, etc.) for a minimum of 48 hours before starting the
capsules! Drink 6-8 glasses of water and eat well (chicken, tuna, eggs, beans,
etc.) the day and night before. All instructions must be followed precisely!!
Do not eat or drink anything other than instructed while consuming Naturally
Klean Capsules!! Results are only temporary.
1) The day of desired cleansing on an empty stomach (no food/liquids for 4-5
hours), begin by drinking 16 ounces of water. Wait 15 minutes.
2) Then take 6 capsules with 16 ounces of water every 15 minutes until you have
finished all 24 capsules.
3) Take the two enclosed supplement capsules with your last 6 capsules.
4) The cleanse is effective one hour after you begin taking your first set of
capsules and for three hours thereafter.
5) Urinate frequently to eliminate toxins.
6) Wellements recommends Daily Detox capsules to help maintain low toxin levels
thereafter.
