How do I use Eze-Birth Flower Essence?

Eze-Birth Flower Essence comes in a 15 ml liquid infusion of stock strength, hand-bottled flower essences and should be taken after being diluted as below.

Add 7 drops to approximately 1 liter of filtered or spring water and sip slowly during labor. Alternatively take one drop under tongue as needed. Add 7 drops to bath during labor.

How long until I see results?

How long will a bottle last?
