Conception Essence comes in a 15 ml liquid infusion of stock strength, hand-bottled flower and gem essences and should be taken either directly under the tongue or diluted in water.

Take one drop under the tongue or 7 drops in 1/4 cup water 4 to 7 times daily.

One or two drops of the undiluted essence may also be added to the bath tub or applied on the finger to the temples, forehead, throat, inner wrists or ankles.
