Chyawanprash offers anti-stress benefits. It is a rejuvenative and also offers antioxidant benefits. Chyawanprash pacifies Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas.

Nature's Formulary Chyawanprash plays an important role in balancing the doshas, when used as part of a holistic regimen including diet, exercise, massage, meditation and life-style changes. Nature's Formulary Chyawanprash is based on the 2,000 year old recipe from the Charaka Samhita, the first treatise of Ayurveda. Over 40 ingredients are used; including fruits, herbs, plants and roots. This combination of ingredients is believed to have potent free radical scavenging activity. Scientists believe that just one serving provides many times the antioxidant power of Vitamin C.!
