Nature's Way Fenu-Thyme is a synergistic, proprietary blend of Fenugreek seeds and Thyme leaf. Fenu-Thyme blends two traditionally culinary herbs which have also historically been used to support the respiratory system because of their mucilaginous properties. It can relieve respiratory issues and fight infection. Fenu-Thyme also looses mucus and phlegm, so it acts as an expectorant too. The combination herb is a natural source of iron, silicon, sodium and thiamine.
Take 2 capsules two to three times daily, preferably with food. For intensive use, take up to four times daily.
