Nature's Way Green Tea extract is standardized to 95% polyphenols. Nature's Way Green Tea extract is guaranteed to contain 75% total catechins with 55% epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a powerful antioxidant responsible for much of Green Tea's healthy benefits. Nature's Way Standardized Green Tea is a low caffeine extract. Green Tea has also been proven to lower bad cholesterol (LDL) and higher good cholesterol (HDL). People who drink green tea are much more likely to have lower cholesterol levels than those who choose not to drink green tea.
Take one capsule 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food. Two capsules contain the same amount of EGCG as three cups of Green Tea.
