ways the Anti-Stress Comfort Wrap can bring soothing relief to the neck, back,
or other problem areas suffering from soreness. The balmy, mind-calming blend of
chamomile, lavender, and citrus completes and enhances these physical benefits
by offering a totally relaxing, sensory experience.
Use it HOT, for a soothing, moist heat to relax muscles and ease tensions:
Microwave in 30 second intervals until desired warmth is acheived.
OR
Use it COLD, to cool down and reduce minor swelling: Place in a clean, sealed
bag and let it stay overnight in the freezer.
CARE HINTS: The wrap is made up of a cover and a removeable insert. Periodically
you may need to refresh the herbal aroma of the Comfort Wrap. To do this, remove
the insert and spray on the desired amount of Earth Therapeutics Anti-Stress
Pillow Mist over the insert. After spraying put cover back on over the insert.
Also, from time to time, it is a good idea to wash the cover of the Wrap. The
cover is 100% cotton and is machine washable. However, make sure to remove the
insert BEFORE putting the cover into the wash.
