Ideal for use with our Gel Booties and Gel Mittens. Gel Booties and Gel Mittens are sold separately and are not included in this package. With proper care, each pack can be reused about 40 times. Snap the metal disc to activate heat.

To Activate Heat: Using both thumbs and fingers, bend the metallic disc until you feel a "snap". The liquid will immediately begin to crystallize and release heat. Stays hot for about 20 minutes under normal conditions. DO NOT MICROWAVE.

To Reuse: Take the used pack and stir continuously in a pot of boiling hot water for about 5-10 minutes - until the pack contents turn back into a clear liquid. Remove carefully from the hot water and let cool down before reusing. Be careful! While boiling, make sure to stir continuously so that the pack casing does not melt. Do not leave boiling pot unattended.

Do not microwave. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Do not puncture.
