Ecco Bella Soft Eyeliner Pencil Cocoa

Gently draws a smooth line to define your beautiful eyes. Vegetable waxes, no synthetic petroleum oils. Leaves a soft natural line, without pulling or tugging.

We test our products on ourselves and we use ingredients that have been in use for years and are considered safe. Unfortunately, many ingredients have been tested on animals by the manufacturers years ago.
