• Shake well before use
• Adults and children 12 or older: Rinse with 20 ml (2/3 ounce) twice a day for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow.
• Children 6-12 years old: Supervise use.
• Children under 6: Consult a doctor or dentist.
